Return Policy Basics

Return Policy Exceptions:

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery by calling 1-800-764-8533.

All return products require a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization ).
A RMA must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To request a RMA simply login to our account, in my account click on Submit RMA requesting a Return Authorization Number.
A return must be received in our Warehouse within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
Include your packing slip with your return and write your Return Merchant Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Example: 7mbydw23gregxh7
Your return must be sent via a traceable shipping method. If you do not send your return via a traceable shipping method and we do not receive the item, we will not be able to process your return.
